Inbound calls are answered by the AI receptionist, which qualifies the caller, creates a ticket, and routes them to the right available agent. If nobody is free, callers are parked on hold and bridged to an agent the moment one frees up.
Do I need new hardware or a new phone system?+
No desk phones and no hardware. Agents take and place calls from the browser through the built-in softphone. If you already use Zendesk, we import your tickets; if you use Gmail, we sync your email; if you use Follow Up Boss, we push activity back to it.
